1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Kynora.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by us.

Please ensure that your name, contact number, delivery address and order details are correct before placing your order.

2. Product Information

Our products are freshly made and may vary slightly in appearance from the images displayed on our website.

As our cakes, pastries and other products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, decoration, finish and presentation may occur.

Product images are for representation purposes and may not always reflect the exact final appearance.

3. Customised Orders

Customised cakes and other specially prepared products may vary slightly from reference images or requested designs due to their handmade nature.

Once production has commenced, changes to a customised order may not be possible.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

As our products are fresh, perishable and often prepared specifically for individual orders, confirmed orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.

This does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or materially defective product, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so that we can review the matter and assist you.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to selected locations. Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timings are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

Once an order has been delivered, Kynora cannot be responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage or transportation after delivery.

6. Freshness & Storage

Our products are made fresh and have different storage requirements and recommended consumption periods.

Please follow the storage instructions provided with your order.

Products requiring refrigeration should be refrigerated promptly after delivery.

7. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat/gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy and other allergens.

Products are prepared in an environment where multiple ingredients are handled. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide relevant product information.

8. Prices & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law and reflected appropriately in the order and/or tax invoice.

9. Payments

Orders can be paid using the payment methods made available on our website.

An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

10. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers, discounts and complimentary products may be subject to additional terms specified with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
